The course aims to extend the concept of creativity applied to the web by going beyond the traditional forms of creativity related to the Internet (Graphic Design, Motion Design). Students will explore the field of interactivity which represents an essential element in web design. An investigation of the various forms of interactivity and of the expressive limits of the medium will be carried out in order to understand their implications on society.

The present course is combined with a 1-week course of Italian language starting on June the 19th and an interdisciplinary week of visits in the city of Milan and its surroundings starting from June the 26th.
This 5-week course (3 weeks of design, 1 week of Italian and 1 week of interdisciplinary activities) corresponds to 6 US transfer credits.
